Features, availability, eligibility requirements, and service levels may vary by user type, location, account, participation status, or separate agreement.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or use services that require legal consent. If you use ExploreYDS for a business, Market Center, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Accounts and Account Security

• You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and account access.
• You may not share restricted portal access with an unauthorized person.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe an account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Appointment availability does not guarantee that an appointment, interview, affiliation, sponsorship decision, or other outcome will occur. Participating individuals and organizations control their own calendars and decisions.

Some users may be required to accept additional terms, participation standards, confidentiality requirements, referral terms, pricing, payment obligations, advertising terms, or account-specific rules. Those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If a role-specific or signed agreement directly conflicts with these Terms, the more specific agreement will control for that subject.

7. Fees, Billing, and Paid Services

Some ExploreYDS services may be free, while others may require a fee. Any applicable price, processing charge, payment schedule, renewal term, cancellation rule, refund rule, or other payment obligation will be disclosed at the time of purchase, enrollment, account setup, or in a separate agreement.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your use of that provider may also be subject to its terms and privacy policy. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charges you approve.

8. No Guarantee of Results

ExploreYDS provides tools, information, and coordination support. We do not guarantee that any user will enroll in or complete a licensing course, pass an examination, obtain a real estate license, receive an interview, affiliate with a brokerage, be selected by a Market Center, receive sponsorship or profit share credit, generate a particular number of leads, achieve a recruiting result, earn commissions, or obtain any specific financial or business outcome.

Licensing authorities, education providers, individual users, Career Consultants, Market Centers, brokerages, and other third parties make their own independent decisions and control their own requirements.

9. Keller Williams and Other Third Parties

The website may reference Keller Williams, KW, Market Centers, education providers, job boards, calendar providers, payment processors, or other third parties. References are provided in connection with the information and services offered through ExploreYDS.

Keller Williams Market Centers and other third parties make their own hiring, affiliation, sponsorship, licensing, interview, operational, and business decisions. Their websites, services, products, and practices are governed by their own terms. All third-party names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners.

10. Email, Phone, and SMS Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your account, requests, appointments, service activity, and other permitted business purposes. Marketing text messages will only be sent when you provide the required consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages and HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
