How can all of this be free?
Fair question. YDS earns a commission from The CE Shop when Future Agents enroll in qualifying education through our platform. That commission helps fund the technology, automation, and support behind each account, allowing YDS to provide role-specific platform access without charging a monthly subscription.
We earn revenue when Future Agents choose qualifying education through our platform, rather than by charging users another monthly software fee.
The core YDS pricing model
The monthly platform fee is $0. Paid advertising is optional, and YDS Referral Management is available only when additional coordination is selected after a completed Career Consultation.
Use the complete YDS platform
Every participating user receives access to the portal, records, tools, and workflows that apply to their account at no monthly cost. Real Estate Teams use the YDS Career Consultant system rather than a separate team portal.
Set the advertising budget for each market
Sponsored job advertising is optional, and you control the budget for each market. The minimum advertising budget is $100 per month, per market.
Optional support after the consultation
Choose YDS Referral Management after a completed Career Consultation and we will coordinate the local interview, track the outcome, and keep the process moving forward.
Two ways to move the relationship forward
After the Career Consultation is completed, the consultant chooses either Self-Referral or YDS Referral Management based on who will manage the next step.
Self-Referral
You manage the relationship and referral process directly. The future agent remains connected to you, and you provide the final outcome in YDS when the process is complete.
YDS Referral Management
YDS coordinates the local interview, follows the process through the final decision, and keeps the record updated so the opportunity does not fall through the cracks.
What each role pays
Every role receives its core YDS experience at no monthly cost. Optional charges depend on who funds advertising and whether YDS Referral Management is selected.
Career Consultants
Your portal, pipeline, scheduling tools, reports, and automation are included. Optional costs are the advertising you choose to fund and the $69 referral management fee when selected. Career Consultants are responsible for keeping required statuses and final outcomes current.
