The Future Agent makes the final sponsor selection, and the Market Center records and processes that selection
The $69 fee covers coordination and process management. It does not guarantee that the Career Consultant will be selected as the sponsoring associate, that the Market Center will extend an invitation to join, or that the Future Agent will join Keller Williams.

Career Consultants are responsible for completing consultation notes, selecting the correct Referral Type, keeping required status updates current, and providing final outcomes for Future Agents they manage.
